Our story
Peace of Pie was founded in 2020 by renowned North East chef David Coulson. After years of creating some of the very best dining menus the region had to offer, he wanted to make something simpler and just as proud: a hand-filled, hand-glazed pie made from local ingredients that tastes as good as it looks.
Every box is still finished with a pastry heart and a label written by hand before it goes out the door.
